I’m not too familiar with ecocard, but I use epassporte, which is acceptable at Absolute Poker, Empire Poker, Full Tilt Poker, Hold Em Poker, Party Poker, Poker Room, Poker.com, Poker Stars, Doyle’s Room, and Bugsy’s Club.
