I know Online Poker in the US is illegal. But most of these online casinos are ran overseas, if you loose money then challenge the charge as card not present or something like that what could be the legal charges that could be brought against you.
I was surprised that my CC worked it is an American Bank and Card that I have.

Don’t play if you cannot afford to lose. You still agreed to the terms and conditions of the site you played on. Could end up in a Civil suit that you would lose.
you can’t use a US based credit card to play. so forget your idea.
If you want to challenge it with your CC company, then do it. Use a reason such as wrong amount or amount not approved.
Then the casino will have to go about proving their case and might have no interest in following up, leaving you free to win. But live and learn and don’t do it again. The credit card company will not be on your side twice.

a computer CANNOT generate a random number, and some poeple can take advantage of this, thats why it’s been banned in the US.
these sites tell you that they’re RNG (random number generator) is regulated by some fancy-named company, but when you dig-deeper, you’ll find they lack any credentials at all,it’s just a smokescreen.these sites also have their own players (shills) who you can easily spot because they win EVERY large pot and hit every 1-outer.
– these people are supposed to over-see fairness of many online casino’s and poker sites, you tell me does that site inspire you with confidence?
trust me, if you’re tempted to play online poker keep your money in your pocket, you WILL lose in the end., because it’s a scam, remember ENRON?
the US were right to ban these sites,and the above reasons are just a FEW of the reasons. you have been warned.
