Is online gambling legal in Japan?

I know the government is considering casinos to increase revenue, are they also thinking of making online gambling legal?

Japan is not making online gambling legal.

But if the servers are outside Japan, there is no regulation to ban people who play on the online casino.
But unfortunately most Japanese don’t read and understand English.
If you could develop online Casino in Japanese or East Asian language, you would be a millionair.
