Offshore accounts only accept credit cards. Best bet is to go get a visa gift card and register it. Sportsbook.com currently accepts these and there is no questions asked when cashing out. Should find the card at any local grocery store.

There is a comprehensive list of the most reputable sites serving US customers at and a banking guide for online gambling sites for US residents at

If your credit/debit cards do not work directly with a site, you might be able to use what is known as an eWallet.

A number of online casinos offer payment solutions for US players.

These are not based in the US, obviously, but there’s no problem with you playing there. They also accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
