Using Martingale, or whatever method you use (I use martingale) do you ever worry that the casinos will cut you off somehow or have you ever been refused a cash out or withdrawal because they said you were using a betting system?

No one consistently makes money playing online blackjack. NO ONE. The only system that can produce an actual advantage to the player in blackjack is card counting and that system is nullified in online play. You must just be getting started because your Martingale system is a myth, it doesn’t produce a long-term advantage. You risk more and more with every loss just to get back to +1 betting unit. Eventually, you will hit a real cold streak and either blow your entire bank roll or hit the table limit. You can see some short-term success with this system, but eventually you will go bust. Anyone claiming to consistantly make money with online blackjack is a liar, plain and simple.
